I una felicitaci\u00f3 especial per a MARCEL, el nostre director, pel m\u00e8rit afegit que suposa haver-ho aconseguit en l\u2019any del seu debut.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I enhorabona tamb\u00e9 a la resta de Bandes participants en la Secci\u00f3 d\u2019Honor, totes valencianes, per l\u2019excel\u2022lent nivell art\u00edstic demostrat.
